The Villa has 2 1/2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 terraces overlooking the pool, lush tropical gardens, jungle and mountains in the distance. The bedrooms are air conditioned and the entire house is cooled by ceiling fans and cool ocean breezes. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove, microwave, etc. Many living areas in the house are designed to be on the terraces to maximize the feeling of being one with nature – imagine enjoying your morning Costa Rican coffee, using our fast speed internet wifi,, or bird watching from the terrace. If it should happen to rain just move inside to the comfortable living room or bedroom to watch your cable TV’s.
This beautiful newly constructed Villa is located on a hill near Esterillos on the Pacific Coast, 5 minute walk down hill to the beach, 20 minutes from Jaco and 45 minutes from National Park Manuel Antonio. The Villa’s pool garden offers an unparalleled private view of the lush Costa Rican Jungle. The town is unique on the Pacific Coast, where expats and Costa Ricans live together to form a working community. In this small fishing and surfing village everything is an easy walk away – the ocean , grocery stores, bars and restaurants. We boast some excellent restaurants – the finest along the coast!
Esterillos is an amazingly bio diverse area; monkeys (View Monkeys by pool garden), Scarlet Macaws, (View Clip) Toucans, Green Parrots, humming birds, and a myriad of other tropical species are native to the area. The white face monkeys – the Capuchin – are seen in the jungle at the back of the property, or sometimes come to visit the palm trees overlooking the pool. Humming birds dive into brightly colored flowers, the colourfull Scarlet Macaws do a fly by a several times a day.
The town is famous for surfing – lessons available! And for those of you who don’t surf there are miles of jungle fringed beach to walk, tidal pools to explore, waves to play in, or just plain old boogie boarding in the surf – read a book in the shade by the pool, go horseback riding, slide through the jungle on a canopy tour – the options are endless! If you crave some city life excitement Jaco is only minutes away – casinos, many restaurants and bars, a live theatre and cinema and shops. And don’t forget San Jose is only 1.5 hrs away to visit its iconic theater, museum and pedestrian-only walkways.
